Meet the chef

Hi, I'm Kieran.

I'm a UK-born professional chef with more than 15 years in fine-dining kitchens: the kind of places where every gram, every sear and every plate is obsessed over. Along the way I became a nutrition coach and an amateur bodybuilder, learning first-hand how hard it is to eat well when life is busy.

When I moved to Hawke's Bay, I saw the same gap everywhere: people who genuinely wanted to train, lose fat or build muscle, but had nowhere local to get food that was both genuinely healthy and genuinely good. So I built it.

I wanted to use the skill set I've been refining for over 15 years to help my local community have access to a healthier tomorrow.

Most healthy eating fails for one of two reasons. We built the menu to solve both, using the same craft we'd put on a restaurant plate.
