Our Meal Plans:
✅ Lifestyle Plan – Our signature meal plan with calorie-counted, macro-balanced meals designed for those looking to maintain or improve their nutrition without excess calories.
✅ Performance Plan – A high-carbohydrate meal plan ideal for athletes, active individuals, or anyone needing more energy than the Lifestyle plan provides.
✅ Recovery Plan – A high-protein meal plan designed for muscle recovery and strength, perfect for those prioritizing protein intake.
Each plan is available in 5, 10, or 15 meals per week, giving you flexibility based on your lifestyle and goals.
You can purchase one-off snacks here.
All meals can be eaten either heated or fresh, always check the meal first as some have salads or plastic pots of sauce (these don’t like the microwave). They are all safe to eat fresh. If you would prefer a hot meal remove the seal, put them in the microwave for 1 -2 minutes and you’re ready to go.
