Getting started 01

Sign up, choose your plan and weekly size (5, 10 or 15 meals) and tell us about any dietary needs. Order by midnight Tuesday and your fresh box lands that Friday. No planning, no shopping, no cooking. Skip or pause any week.

Three plans, one chef made menu, in 5, 10 or 15 meals a week. Lifestyle: balanced macros for everyday eating. Performance: higher carbs for higher energy and training days. Recovery: higher protein to support recovery.

Yes. Grab one-off snacks any time from our pre/post-workout snacks collection, no subscription needed. Handy if you just want to top up or try us before committing to a plan.

We deliver NZ-wide. If your address isn't shown at checkout, email info@theshreddedkitchen.nz and we'll find an option for you.

Prefer to collect? Free pickup is available at our partner gyms in Hastings & Napier.

Your meals 03

Enjoy them fresh or hot. To heat, peel back the seal and microwave for 1–2 minutes. That's it.

One tip: don't microwave salads or sauce pots. Those are best straight from the fridge.
