Where we deliver
We deliver fresh NZ wide. Your meals travel in temperature-controlled boxes, so they arrive chilled and safe even if you're not home to take them in.
Not sure we reach you? Pop your address in at checkout. If it isn't covered, email us at info@theshreddedkitchen.nz and we'll often have an option for you.
Order cut-off & delivery day
Order by midnight Tuesday. We cook your meals fresh midweek, and your box is couriered chilled to land on Friday.
Miss the Tuesday cut-off and your order rolls to the following week's cook. You can skip or pause any week from your account.
How your meals travel
Everything is chef made to order that week and cooked by hand in Hawke's Bay. Boxes are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging so meals stay fresh and safe in transit.
Your box can be safely left at your door if you're out. When you get in, pop the meals straight into the fridge.
Free pickup points
Prefer to collect? Skip the courier and pick your box up free straight from our Napier kitchen or one of our partner spots across Hastings & Napier. Pickup days are listed for each location, and some are members-only.

Delivery cost
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. Pickup from any of our partner points is always free.
If you're not home
You don't need to be home. Because your box is packed in temperature-controlled packaging, it's fine left at your door for a short time. We recommend refrigerating your meals as soon as you can.
If a delivery is missed, delayed or arrives in less-than-perfect condition, get in touch straight away at info@theshreddedkitchen.nz and we'll make it right.
