Refunds & returns
We make fresh food to order, so most sales are final, but if something isn't right we'll always make it right.
Fresh food, made to order. Every meal is freshly prepared and perishable, so for food-safety reasons we can't accept returns or change-of-mind refunds once an order is packed and dispatched.
If something's wrong. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Changes & cancellations. You can change, skip, or pause an order any time before your weekly cut-off from your account. Once dispatched, orders can't be changed or refunded.
Your rights. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

The following week after you have placed your order your meals will be ready!
Our couriers will deliver your meals fresh to your home or workplace on Sunday's. The Shredded Kitchen is a meal subscription service offering macro and calorie counted, fresh, delicious weekly meals.
Meals will be in temperature controlled boxes so no need to stress if you are not home.
