Subscription policy
Here's how the Weekly Box subscription works.
How it works. Choose a plan (goal tier + box size); we deliver a fresh box each week and charge your card automatically before each delivery.
Cut-off. Order before midnight Tuesday to receive your delivery Friday. Changes must be made before the cut-off.
Skip, pause, change. Manage it all from your account under Subscriptions, any time before the cut-off.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account; we ask for at least 1 week (7 days) notice before your next delivery, as we buy fresh produce ahead of time. Dispatched boxes are not refundable.

The following week after you have placed your order your meals will be ready!
Our couriers will deliver your meals fresh to your home or workplace on Sunday's. The Shredded Kitchen is a meal subscription service offering macro and calorie counted, fresh, delicious weekly meals.
Meals will be in temperature controlled boxes so no need to stress if you are not home.
