Our take on a treasured Māori tradition.

Inspired by the traditional hāngī, this meal brings the earthy, smoky flavours of the whenua to your plate. Tender chicken drumsticks, stuffing, and a hearty mix of pumpkin, kumara, potato, and carrots are slow-cooked and gently smoked over manuka chips. Finished with cabbage or fresh watercress, just like it’s meant to be.
