My Goal – is to help you reach your goals in the most effective way possible but also to help you learn and how to keep those results long term. Any advice I offer is based on you achieving that goal in the most healthy and sustainable way possible!
Lets get to work! the plan is designed to outline the necessary macros/caloric targets for you to hit your goals we have set, The Shredded Kitchen promotes a good relationship with food I encourage you to eat and enjoy all foods( with full knowledge on how choices effect outcome).
Check Ins
- This is for YOU! Check ins are an amazing way for you to communicate with me and gives us a snapshot of what your week looked like, the more check ins we complete the more data we collect and the quicker we can adjust our game plan accordingly!
- Please be prompt and fill your forms in first thing Sunday am – the cut off for check in forms is Sunday 10pm, I respect your time very much and if for any reason I am unable to update/ check you in – I will communicate this via the app or a phone call so I can keep you on track.
Accountability
- Mindset will be key for ongoing changes to daily habits, you have to want to change and create a new daily routine that suits the pursuit of your goals.
- Progress and not perfection – we/I will never expect you to be perfect on your plan, hey we are all human. All we want to do is understand the why, learn and move on- THERE IS NO JUDGEMENT!
- We/ I cant do it for you!, you have to want it !
- 80/20 % -if we can achieve 80% consistency, we will be smashing goals in no time !
